"Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need and thank Him for all He has done." - Philippians 4:6 NLT

Have you ever felt like at any moment the world is going to come crashing down on you? It feels like every second is an hour while every heartbeat feels like pounding pressure. It is the feeling of anxiety; it is like being scared, angry, and sad all at the same time. It is a difficult place to be, though anyone can find themselves feeling anxious.

If you ever find yourself feeling this way, remember these words, “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything” (Philippians 4:6). Paul, the man who wrote this, went through intense situations and calamities; countless beatings, three shipwrecks, and even suffered times hunger and homelessness. Paul knew how to overcome anxiety and persevere in hard times. Through great suffering, Paul understood he must pray. He knew talking to God gave him peace and strength to endure anything. Prayer is the way to peace and endurance.
