ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This is a picture of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, California. It spans 1.7 miles long and was the longest bridge of its kind until 1964.
Interpreting the Bible is much like crossing this bridge. There are major gaps in language and culture that require a bridge for understanding the ancient texts. To build the bridge of understanding, you need to learn Hermeneutics, the systematic process of Biblical interpretation. This is the main method scholars use to interpret the bible.
This workshop will equip you with the knowledge you need to develop your Biblical study skills. You will be able to build your bridge to understanding the bible's deeper meaning. You will learn to use the same tools and methods scholars use. The helpful hints you will acquire will be invaluable to you for your lifelong journey of Biblical study.
For seminar attendees, the cost for this workshop is $40 includes; light refreshments for all sessions, all class materials. A freewill offering will be taken for the speakers
